To prepare Chunmee, use 1 teaspoon/cup or 1 teaspoon per person for a tea pot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes. The leaves may be infused more as desired. It also can be prepared as being boiled with mint and/or sugar.
